What do I do next after sellers signs contract?

I just met up with a seller

Got a contract signed

What am I supposed to do there after

Do I go to the title company and tell them I got it under contract and to wait for me to get a buyer, or do I find a buyer to come sign the contract and then go to the title company?

How does this work?

I plan to wholesale this property.
