Help!! I have a meeting with investors tomorrow and I am trying to find creative ways to present the properties to them that I am presenting. Does any one have any sample templates of presentations that you have done before for prospective buyers?? What kind of information is important to make sure you include or don't miss in your presentation? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!

@John Moore If you were to give me a fancy "Presentation" for a simple wholesale deal I will know you are a newbie and possibly even be annoyed. I want the information that is relevant and I DO NOT want information that I don't need.

I want

  • Price
  • address
  • condition
  • other terms such as is this an assignment, how may days to close required deposit etc
  • Your contact info
  • vacant or occupied
  • rent amount if it is rented

Investors not familiar with that specific are may want

  • realistic compatibles or ARV
  • Realistic repair estimate, but that is so dependent on how good the rehabber is and what they choose to do

I am amazed at how often I see deals with no price, or address or any of the details needed to make a decision. There are way to many deals out there for me to waste my time chasing down the info I need.
