Hello BP Family. My name is Rexanne and i am new to Wholesaling. I reside in Nevada and not real sure of the market for wholesaling right now.
I've been in Advertising Sales for over 21 years and I am finding Real Estate to be one of the most difficult sales. I have spoken with a few investors who have provided me with their specifics. Now my struggle has been finding the leads. I've joined several investor sites, blogs etc  I hear that developing a relationship with a Realtor is a good start. Also, driving for dollars and viewing records at the court house. Help please

Hello Brad B. Thank you for providing such good information. I have over 21 years of experience in sales so I definitely would be comfortable knocking on doors to talk to home owners. I will start there. As you mentioned, the competition online (MLS) is fierce right now! I am happy so many people are so passionate about their business, but it's just like fishing in a very small pond with a lot of sharks. I will absolutely try the direct mail option also, I know there is power in numbers so my mission is to talk to as many people as possible. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to respond and I will definitely take your advice. Have a great day
