Is it possible to wholesale in the US and stay outside US?

Please i currently just finished a course on wholesaling virtually in the US and not stay in the US please is it possible, most people said it is but my question is how do you get the agreement to the seller and the buyer and most importantly is it possible for the title company to wire funds outside the country?
