New to wholesaling but flipped 2 houses with my partner. Need to know what programs I need and where to put my money on. I can invest more but safely $500 a month for now.

create your own motivated seller lists: foreclosure, driving for dollars and then skip trace those names.  best bang for the buck going right now.
