New to wholesaling.

I’m ready to jump off the porch and start wholesaling. I’ve been driving for dollars, found a couple of properties, but I’m hesitant to reach out to the owners for a couple of reasons. 1, I don’t have a buyers list. 2, Which skip tracing program do yall use? 3, I don’t want to seem like I don’t know what I am talking about to the sellers. Anyone have some good advice to get me over the hump?
