What if the seller and the investor I’m trying to sell met?

Hey fellas, I’m basically new to the real estate wholesaling world and I’m on the way tryIng to wholesale my very first deal. So, my question is, what could happen if the investor I’m trying to sell want to see the house and meet with the seller? I don’t want to mess this deal up or the seller snd investor to left me out. In that case what do I have to do to protect my business?
