I thought it would be fun for all to post about the best wholesale deal they have either sold or purchased. By "best" I mean, the most spread that was in the deal at time of purchase.

Lets see who will have the best deal in two categories:
1. The best % of acquisition + rehab to exit value.
2. The largest dollar amount of spread between acquisition+rehab and exit value.
