Skip Tracing List - Yonkers

Hey members, Would anyone have any suggestions on affordable skip tracing methods I can use? I’m a newbie getting started and I have managed to get a list of about 5000 vacant properties in the Yonkers, NY area. I have addresses and owners name but no phone numbers.

There is www.Findtheseller.com I believe its $10 for a search.

There is also www.Needtoskip.com which is 35 cents per trace at 100 minimal skips. For 5000 would be 30 cents per skip

There is also Skip Genie at www.skipgenie.com has two membership priced $47/$97

One membership allows you to submit data needed for skip tracking once a week the other unlimited.

One cost $1.50 per trace and the other 95 cents.
