Tax Delinquent List - Hudson Valley NY

Hi all,

Has anyone had success obtaining a Tax Delinquent List from counties in Hudson Valley, New York? Such as Orange County, Ulster County, Dutchess County, Sullivan County, Rockland County, Putnam County and/or other counties? If so, where did you go to obtain the Tax Delinquent List? and did you have to pay? I am having some trouble finding a Tax Delinquent List from any of these counties and I'm sure many have found success obtaining these if you wouldn't mind sharing how?

Thanks in advance

Calvin

Hi @Calvin F., I called up the Orange County tax department a while back. I think you have to request it by phone. I recall paying $50 (you have to mail a check) and then they emailed me the list in Excel format. It wasn't formatted so conveniently but I got the info. Unfortunately I never followed up on any leads.
