Introduction to Wholesaling - What does a Wholesale look like?

Hi BP Community 👋🏼, My name is Francisco, I’m 23, and I’m new to the BP community. I started learning about Real Estate rental property investing earlier this year and kind of lost interest until I learned about Wholesaling. Seems like an exciting opportunity for Active Income - helping people, building relationships, and making good money. I would love to get started into this! I’m reading up on Wholesaling from books, podcasts, YT videos, and forums, and have a basic idea of Wholesaling transactions, but I am struggling to connnect all the dots and visualize/understand how to start/scale a Wholesaling business, build a network, and how to start my first transaction. Im also under the impression some Wholesalers eventually turn to flipping..? If any wholesalers/flippers get to reading this I would really appreciate if you can share your experiences of how you got started, what your wholesaling business looks like now, and what helped you get to where you are today. Will appreciate any feedback, thanks! I hope this thread can also be helpful to other Wholesale newcomers to the BP community.
