Queens, NYC Title Companies
Hello guys,
Since I am currently a student residing in New York, I will be wholesaling in both New York and Saint Louis, as there are advantages and disadvantages to both markets.
If anyone is in New York City and can recommend a good investor-friendly lawyer who will be able to close my wholesale deals, please let me know. As I understand it, lawyers and not title companies handle real estate closings in New York City, right?
Many many thanks,
Chris Fields
