Property under contract
I currently have a property under contract..do I need to get it to a title company before I assign it ? Or can I assign the contract to my cash buyer, and then deal with title company ?

@Jonathan Oundo I guess you could do either...assuming you own the property...but I would guess you're just looking for a fee... either way you look at it you'll need to show clear title before the deal can close...so to title first. Just be completely up front with what you are doing...assuming you're not doing a double close on this?....
