Hello Bigger Pockets community!!! I have recently purchased a duplex and am living on one side and renting out the other. I am new to real estate and am very much looking to learn all that I can. Even though I would like to build a portfolio of multi-family properties, I would like to start with wholesaling. Where should I begin? I've been reading reading and following Bigger Pockets for a while now, but I simply don't know where to start. Any suggestions?
