Hello Bp, this year I’ve been planning to get into Real estate . I’ve been doing my research on wholesailing so I can start next year. Any advice for a 21 year old?

@Selena Harrison, I would just continue to do what you're doing: research, read everything you can get your hands on, and link up with your local REI's groups and meetup.com. Continue to look on here (BP) for other's that are doing what you want to do. Good luck, and keep up the motivation, it's not an easy task that you have set out before you.
