ListSource - How many times do they sell the same leads?

I am looking at the top mailing list generators in the wholesaling market. I am pleased with USLeadList only selling leads to 3 investors per market (at least that is the claim) - I am wondering if anyone knows how many times ListSource sells the same leads?
