Should I sell my investment properties?
I have three investment properties (2 single family and 1 commercial). All the properties brings in about $2,700 per month gross. Rents are low. The commercial is paid off and have about $200,000 in equity between both homes.
I’m considering selling all three and buying multiple units (5-10 units). I would like to get feed back or ideas.
