OFF MARKET Homes under 100k?
Hello, I’m a new wholesaler I’ve managed to get two properties under contract in my first two weeks of taking this serious. I’m pretty excited but the properties I have are well under 100k and some cash buyers that I’ve spoken to say that they want a house that’s between 100k-300k in asking price. Is it like this for most buyers? I thought the point of wholesale was to get houses dirt cheap.
