What is the best guide/course to start in real estate wholesale

Hello to All Wholesale Investors/Real Estate Investors,

There is a lot of new people who are coming in to this new market and have no idea where to start including myself. I have listening to the Flip 2 freedom podcast and wholesale inc podcast. They are both very convincing but Flip 2 Freedom has outdated information and Wholesale inc. has a high start up cost with no guarantees.

What is the best way to get started?
