Hello, Since I’m at the beginning of my research I would like to know if anyone has experience wholesaling in NY, (specifically up and coming neighborhoods ie south Bronx). Is there any advice you can offer to someone just starting out? I’d definitely be interested in shadowing and/assisting people for more experience.
