Hi, my name is Jacob and I'm new to doing JV deals. I would like to know what are the steps of doing a JV deal. Especially when I have a wholesaler looking for a buyer and I have a buyer please explain. Things such as forms to use that will protect me so I don't get stuck with the property if the buyer backs out and the process of the deal. Thanks!
