Trying to locate landlords on properties

I recently located the landlords on some properties by name through their tax records on MLS. Other than googling their name if they only provide the distressed property address on their tax records through MLS, what are some ways I can find their contact information like email or phone number to find out if they’re interested in selling their property? (New investor)
