someone has experience with mailing these lists and can share some tips?

also, where do you get your eviction lists from? i couldnt find any data provider that offers them.

@Yolanda Eiland Property owners that filled for eviction are in point of time that they're eating **** with their property for a few months now. some of them wants to sell.
