Pros & Cons of getting a RE Agent Lic, Texas

Wanted to hear from more of the experienced investors and RE Agents out there. I've been doing wholesaling for almost two years now, and have been debating on getting my RE agent lic. Need some opinions on whether or not this move would be good for me. What are the pros and cons of getting my lic, especially since I still want to remain in the wholesaling industry with intentions of moving to fix & flips. Thanks!!!
