Seller discussion, land, LLCs and contracts
Hi,
I am beginning land wholesaling. Currently
when speaking with prospecting sellers they are okay with everything until they see my LLC name on contract or see I am out of state. Their responses mainly concern real estate fraud and they pull out of the deal. Is this a common experience?
For my first few deals do I need to flip in my name instead of LLC?
