real estate attorney or Prepaid Legal is adequate?

Hello all,

From reading, it's recommended that RE attorney should be part of investor's team. Since RE attorney would
charge expensive fee, I'm thinking about being member of Prepaid Legal service.

Anyone has this service? How is it? Can it be replaced for attorney?

I've used Pre Paid for about 10 years now. They've been very beneficial, especially to a newbie not familiar with investing. Be aware though, the small monthly fee doesn't cover everything though. You still have to pay (at a reduced rate) for things not "covered" with their program, but it's at a reduced rate. For the $26 a month I pay, it's a no brainer.
