I have found a property. Front door has been boarded up for four years. Owner won house in divorce. What is the best way to contact? Letter, call, or just stop by her house? I have her name, phone number, and address. Thanks.

@Buck Morgan if you have her contact information, I'd suggest a phone call first. Also, write out what you want to say, because it helps you stay on track when that conversation goes...sideways.
