What are people doing to find wholesale deals

Hi I hope everyone is having a great morning and killing it today. I’m new to REI and would like to gain as much knowledge as I can to help me find some of these wholesale deals. Ight now I’m doing some direct mail and posting ads on Craigslist. I’m also building the social media up too. I just would like to know what are some strategIes other wholesalers are doing in their markets to find these deals, get em under contract, and seal the deal 🙌🏽All replies are very much appreciated, no bad answers
