Lists and special phrases and ways to find them

This is a a question about lists I know about alot of diffrent type of lists but I know that each of thesse lisst for instance like the tax delinquency lists  I am wondering how I can have thesse lists pulled my self completley custom and secondly if anyone knows some special key phrases or alternate phrases to pull lists on thing s like preprobate
