If you attend a local REIA they may show up there. If they don't ask the rental investors to give you the contact info on the direct mail marketing they receive (which they almost certainly receive if there are wholesalers in your area). You can respond to we buy ugly houses ads (many are franchises and may do wholesaling) also respond to craigslist ads.
