Wholesaling Cooperatives in NYC

Has anyone had a hard time wholesaling coops in nyc. Because I know most coops go thru board approval for whoever comes in after the seller and to me it always sounded like a lot of extra (paper)work. Am I right or should I still invest. Came across a good lead today but it’s a coop 😪😅

Replied

Most co-ops don't allow investors to purchase.
