Which is a good answering service to use to answer my calls when marketing for motivated sellers?

Unless your phone is ringing off the hook like crazy, I would recommend answering it yourself. This is very much a people business, and I more often than not discover their motivation from the very first phone call. Most folks have non monetary reasons for selling, and the more you know about it, the better position you will be in.

That said, there are times I can't get to the phone, and I find that my Google voice works just fine. Even if no message is left, I have the info to call back on that "missed" call. Usually within an hour.
