Hello everyone my name is Fabian newly in wholesale brrrr in riverside, ca. I need help in all aspects any suggestions? Furthermore if I decide to keep assignments contact my questions Is what is the best way to purchase, cash Is out of the question i Don’t have much funds. My credit score is around 760 currently working paycheck by paycheck . Thank y’all appreciate any tips will help.

Fabian your #1 focus for wholesaling right now should be finding a great deal.  Find the deal and money will follow.  Bandit signs, door knocking and cold calling craigslist/zillow fsbo's are great ways to get started for cheap.
