Hello BP community!

I am Efi, I and my husband Simon have been learning a lot from BP for almost a year now.

We recently bought our first multi-family house in Montclair NJ and starting to renovate soon.

I also completed my real estate license 6 months ago.

We are looking to connect with other investors in our area and learn more about Wholesaling and Foreclosures here.
