Any Wholesalers in Bay Area, California?

Im a realtor and investor, just started on wholesaling side of investment. I have checked couple of title companies to do "Assignment of Contract" type transaction but haven't found any title company who will assist with type of transaction. I was wondering how you guys are wholesaling in bay area? I would really appreciate your help in finding investor friendly title companies which you use. Thank you!!
