$5000 EMD too much? Put some skin in the game!

We require a 5k EMD on each of our properties as it filters out those who have no ability or intention to close. Our serious buyers havent had a problem with this, but a few others did. With 5k EMD, you have skin in the game and its an incentive to keep your word.
