Wholesaling - Cash Buyers List
I have just started networking with a bunch of different people at a few different real estate events. I received a bunch of business cards from people who I know flip houses. I am looking to start building a cash-buyers list for my wholesaling business as well. Should I ask these people to be on my list instead of sending them a potential email down the road about a deal without them knowing that they are on my list in the first place? Also, for future reference, when I receive business cards from investors, should I just simply ask them if they would like to be on my cash buyers list? Thank you for the info guys! Also, let me know if I can help any of you with anything!
