Help setting up keywords for wholesaling??

Hi folks!

I am just now figuring out the keyword alerts.  I am not having much success though. haha  

How do you all have it set up? If I wanted to have myself alerted when anyone mentioned wholesaling or wholesalers and NC or TN... how would you set that up in keyword alerts?  Is that possible?
