My first Wholesaling property

Hey BP, I’m in the process of wholesaling my first property. I have everything lined up. I’m just having issues with talking with the attorneys on the closing. I’m assigning the contract over to another buyer. And the attorney thinks I’m doing a double closing. How would I explain them that Im assigning the contract? I’ve had a hard time explaining that to other attorneys as well. I’m all ears.

Welcome. Say I’m not double closing. I’m not closing at all. I’m assigning.

Good luck!
