Can anybody tell me what the normal fee would be for a referral? As in, if a cash buyer has a certain criteria and I find it for him. Do I hand that info over to him and expect to get paid from that?
I have been doing this for over a year and found many deals to connect to another person but when I gave them the information that was it. I only got $300 for a referral on a Short Sale, is that fair? Please somebody help me!! I am extremely motivated and it takes me no more than 48 hours to find what an individual wants.
