Hello sent out first round of probate letters 7 weeks ago. Out of 32 letters got a deal and will close in Jan. The people were very excited that we are going to rehab their parents old place. Did get one call that said "your letter is distasteful"
So what is everyone doing in their direct mailings...what is the frequency...when should I send the second round? Also would like for pre-foreclosure and divorce. Let me know if I can help you too! Thank you
