Contract For Probate property -Seller?

I have a probate deal I have been working for a while, and I think we are ready to move forward on it.

My question is, that the original owners name is still on the tax records. I have a copy of the will and the two people who inherited it are in fact the people ive been talking to.

How should I fill out the seller section on the contract? With the current owner on the deed? The two people that inherited it? Or "owner of record"

Advice from those who have done these types of deals would be appreciated.
