I am a mailman in Florida and i get to see hundreds of vacant/distressed houses that have oppurtunity. I get to see everything first hand. I know whos going to sell ect. I was interested in wholesaling but i have too much on my plate. Does anyone interested in doing some type of business with me. I can get hundreds of leads in my area in Florida.

Suggest you check your employment contract. It sounds like conflict of interest for government civil service employees.
