Me and my partner recently made a offer on a house .. We made them a low ball offer they countered with 10 thousand more on the offer we told them we would met them half away and offered 5 more .. They didnt accept we gave them a business card and told them to think about it andgive us a call. I was thinking about sitting on the offer for about a week and maybe giving them a call back .. My question is would i lose leverage in giving them a call back ???
