I'm a wholesaler out of Los Angeles ca, looking for a title company,title agent, or escrow agent that have knowledge of wholesaling and can do assign contracts and or double closing. Called many title companies and escrow agent none can help me with what I need. Any suggestions looking to close a deal soon.
