If you were dropped in a new city and had 1 month to do a deal, what would you do? Which lists would you target and what marketing would you use?

Love this? No lists talk to 6-10 Realtors. Interview them, then whittle it down to 3/4 and go to work.

3 questions I always ask - what can I buy it for? What's it worth fixed up? How much can I rent it for? Don't care what city you live in these 3 questions will keep you out of trouble.

Good luck!
