Hello my name is Kelvin and I have been trying to get a wholesale deal under contract for some time now. With that said I just finally got a property under contract and I'm looking to close my first deal, however can anyone recommend a few investor/wholesaler friendly closing attorneys in the Greenville, SC area?

Kevin,

I would recommend The McCord Law Firm, or The Bobotis Law Firm. I’ve used both a lot, and they are both good for wholesalers.
