Wholesaling an Investor owned property?

Hey BP,

After reading forums, listening to podcasts, and watching videos, I've finally taken actionable steps to obtaining my first wholesale deal. After driving for dollars this morning I compiled a pretty good list of properties to reach out to. However I ran into a snag with one. After researching the property it turns out it's currently owned by an investment LLC. The thing is the place looks in awful condition, but I'm wondering may I be barking up the wrong tree because these are already investors that own the property?

Any advice would be useful! Thanks!
