Hi all,

Im an investor in Minneapolis and have been flipping houses for 5 years. We will keep our business here but want to branch out and move as we cannot take these winters anymore. One of the biggest factors in us moving out of state is making sure we are able to flip houses in the city we move to. I am aware of how expensive San Diego is as we have looked into moving there for a few years now. From what I've been reading and seeing the MLS is a dead place for deals out there correct? Is wholesaling where it's at to find deals or is the market just too competitive to find anything out there?

If wholesaling is the way to go does anyone have any contacts for any successful wholesalers who aren't just recycling other wholesalers not so good deals? (We get that a lot in Minneapolis)
