Seeking Boots on the Ground in Abilene, TX

I am expanding my wholesaling target market to Abilene, TX and need someone in the area to take pictures and a video of a property that I am interested in and email them to me when I cannot do it myself. I will pay $50 per property. Could be an easy money for a new realtor or a new wholesaler just getting started in the area.

As I get up and running in that area, I may eventually have this person also meet with potential sellers and get signed contracts for a percentage of the Assignment Fee once closed.

Greg H. I can see where you are coming from but have to disagree.

I’m simple asking someone to go and take pictures and a video for a set price when I can’t do it myself.

I have this set up in my other market and it’s been working well for me. 4 of the last 6 houses I wholesaled I never set foot in. The other 2 I wouldn’t have but my boots on the ground was sick the day of two appointments so I had to go back and do it myself.All 6 have been sold

Now I’m looking to duplicate that in a new market aka Abilene
